​Plastics are products that are needed by the international community. This can be seen from the increase in the production of plastic-based materials. Since 1950, global production of plastic products has increased (Plastics Europe, 2018). In plastic production activities, the plastic industry also requires raw materials in the form of plastic waste. This plastic waste is obtained from processed plastic waste and undergoes a series of recycling processes such as sorting, washing and enumerating.

The results of the plastic waste recycling process produce plastic scrap. Plastic scrap is a collection of goods from components of plastic types that have decomposed from their original form and have functions that are no longer the same as the original goods. This means that plastic scrap is plastic-based goods that are no longer used and will go through a recycling process such as sorting according to the type and content of the material, washing, chopping, and can be traded to meet the raw materials for the plastic industry (Minister of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia, 2016).

Our BS goods are finished products that exceed the amount of production as ordered and also goods that do not meet the qualification standards during the quality control (QC) checking process.
